YAERD was a small online organization who’s intent was to help educate both novice and experienced real estate investors. Because of the small advertising budget I descended to focus mainly on good clean optimized content as well as as a massive reciprocal linking campaign that would keep the hits up on the cost down. After just a few short months I was able to bring in over 3,000 unique visitors a day and have also managed to get the organization world wide recognition.
